I just ordered So Jennie Paris, how long will it take to receive my delivery?

First of all, thank you for your order! It is usually processed by our services within a maximum of 72 hours following the payment. To this order preparation time, you must add a few days delivery by our partner SoColissimo. In Metropolitan France, you will receive your order within a week. Outside France, please allow a few extra days. If your order is still not delivered, contact us via the form.

I don't live in France, can I have So Jennie delivered?

We can deliver in the DOM-TOM and in Europe from 72 hours after shipment.

I would like delivery to a parcel pickup point but I don't live in France, is it possible ?

You can choose delivery to a parcel pickup point in more than 40 countries with Colissimo. Fill in your address to choose the nearest pickup point.

I want to give So Jennie Paris as a gift and have it delivered directly to the person's home, what should I do?

You can enter a different delivery address from the billing address. If you don't have a So Jennie account, when you confirm your order, fill in your information and check "ship to a different address" then fill in the delivery address for that order.

The product received does not match my order, what should I do?
