Returns and refunds
If there is a problem with my order, when should I return it, and to whom?
The law requires you return the goods to us within 14 days from the date of delivery. If that period expires on a weekend or public holiday, you have until the following working day to do so.
All returns must be advised in advance to Customer Service at info@sojennie.fr

What are the terms for returning a non-compliant product?
Only products returned whole, in their original packaging, complete and intact, and in perfect condition for resale will be accepted. Any product that has been damaged or whose original packaging has been damaged will not be refunded or exchanged. This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, except for the cost of return.
What refund or return options do I have?
We offer either a refund of the amount paid or a product exchange. In the case of an exchange, the delivery costs will be at your expense.
How long does it take to get a refund?
LES JARDINS DE L'ORBRIE will reimburse the customer within 14 days from the datethe request was made. The customer will be refunded the amount of the transaction including shipping costs by bank transfer (secure transaction).
